How we work?
1. Client requirements:
We start the project by creating a detailed candidate profile
2. Talent search :
We use many sourcing channels, including headhunting
3. Recruitment interviews :
Before we present the candidates, we want to get to know them and check if they fit the future role.
4. Presentation of candidates:
We present selected candidates in detailed e-mail reports
5. Further support :
We will arrange meetings, keep the deadlines, help in negotiations and provide feedback.
WHAT WE OFFER
We only charge you once a hire is made.
If you're not satisfied with a candidate we’ve placed, we will repeat the process at no additional cost.
The ratio of pay rate to quality is what puts us first on the market.
We usually present the first candidates within the first 5 days.
